What is not in the price, said plainly
- A domain name, if you do not own one yet. You buy it from any registrar (usually $10 to $20 a year) and we connect it.
- Paid ads. We build and run the website; running ad campaigns is a separate job.
- Photography. We use your own photos from your Google listing and current site. If you want new ones, a local photographer is the right call.

What does $49.99 a month cover?
The build, hosting on your own domain, and keeping the site current: listing changes the same day, new reviews as they come in, new pages and articles when there is something worth adding. Every line on this page is in the price.
When does billing start?
After you have seen the finished site and said "keep it". Looking is free. There is no card, no login and no email until you decide.
Is it per business or per location?
$49.99 a month per business with one Google listing. If you have several locations, each one gets its own site and its own price. Email hello@30secondsites.com and we will set them up together.
What happens if I cancel?
You stop paying. Your domain is yours and your content is yours. The site goes back to its free 30s.site address and stays online there, and if you ever leave, we email you a copy of the whole site.
Do I need to buy hosting or a domain somewhere else?
Hosting is included. A domain you already own connects to the site; if you do not have one, you buy it from any registrar and we connect it.
Are there discounts?
No. One price, the same for everyone.
